I am an independent massage therapist and have been practicing in the South Haven Community for eleven years.  I received training and certification from the Institute for Massage Education at the Kalamazoo Center for the Healing Arts, in 2011. I also became licensed in the state of Michigan and I continued my education in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy in basics and advanced training, as well as cupping, gua sha, and Northern Style Thai Massage. My massage style is integrative from relaxation techniques, deep tissue manipulation, and assisted yoga stretching to relieve muscular tension.

Sarafina's Integrative Massage Studio LLC is a place to unwind and to experience transformation within yourself. I work with many different kinds of people, from sedentary to active lifestyles. We all do repetitive movements that over time can cause injury. My goal is to facilitate healing in each of my clients journeys to a more balanced life!
